Gateway will be back at this year’s Monroe County Fair, August 24 to August 29.

Aliyah’s dedication and love of the fair already has her thinking about how she’ll spend the money from Gateway Royalty. “I’ll put my money back into my project for next year,” says Aliyah.

“We’re always happy to come out here and help out the Hosts,” says Royalty Buyer Blaine Grace. “Just having the chance to buy Kory’s lamb this year was really special.”

“I’m planning to use it to save up to buy a new sheep next year and do this again because 4H is really fun.”

At last year’s Carroll County Fair, we purchased animals from more than twenty 4-H members. We’re excited to be back at this year’s fair to do it all again in 2015!

“Austin is a great kid, we had the opportunity to bid on and win the grand champion,” said Gateway President Chris Oldham. “It’s just nice to become part of the community and to be to able to donate and benefit a lot of kids in the area.”

In 2014, Gateway Royalty purchased Brianna’s Grand Champion Market Hog and Market Lamb at the Belmont County Fair. “When Gateway Royalty purchases animals it helps those 4-H members to be able to pursue their dreams and live better lives,” said Brianna.
