Working in your community
for your community.
At Gateway Royalty, we’re invested in the communities we serve and passionate about helping people live better lives.
We help landowners gain valuable peace of mind
Founded in 2012, Gateway Royalty is a mineral and royalty acquisition company based in Carrollton, Ohio. We offer landowners upfront payment for your oil and gas minerals or royalties, so you can put your cash to work immediately. Our services enable landowners to get the money they need out of minerals now, rather than waiting on production. With so much uncertainty and volatility in the oil and gas industry, we help you avoid the risks of bad geology, production delays, or dry wells that can keep you from getting paid.
We are committed to doing business the right way. Our approach is based on honesty, fairness and respect. We know how much your land means to you. We work to earn your trust by being clear and straightforward in our communication, and holding ourselves to the highest ethical standards.
We are invested in the communities we serve—and the people who live there. In addition to being an economic driver, we support non-profit organizations that provide services to the citizens of the Ohio Valley.
Our goal is to provide landowners an opportunity to cash out all or a portion of their oil & gas minerals or royalty. We believe a business means nothing if it’s not having a positive impact on people. We’re not just investing in land or minerals, we’re investing in people.
The Gateway Royalty family is made up of knowledgeable professionals who all share a passion for helping people. Learn a little more about us below. We hope we have the opportunity to learn more about you soon!
